Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Please carefully read the submission guidelines as follows:

A. General Requirements
The minimum standard requirements are as follows:

  1. Written in English.
  2. The submitted paper must be at least 6 pages and no more than 12 pages. The paper will be evaluated if it exceeds 12 pages.
  3. Use a tool such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote for reference management and formatting, and choose the IEEE style
  4. Make sure that your paper is prepared using the IJCONSIST paper template and Copyright Transfer Form if it is accepted.

B. Structure of The Manuscript
The manuscript must be prepared and presented following the structure:

  1. Title. The title of the paper is max 10 words, without acronyms or abbreviations
  2. Abstract. The Abstract has a maximum of 250 WORDS; no citations. State in the abstract a primary objective, research design, methodology, main outcomes and results, and the conclusions.
  3. Section structure. Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure: Introduction - The Proposed Method/Algorithm (optional) - Method - Results and Discussion – Conclusion
  4. References. Expect a minimum of 10 references, with at least 60% being journal papers.
